Pejji · Brand + Merch · Production Flow

From yes to in-hand. You never touch a product.

One flow up front, three production lanes behind one brand, and you never source, stock, print, pack, or ship a single item. Here is exactly how an order becomes goods in a client's hands.

Your Only Job

You provide 3 things. We handle everything physical.

01
The designLogo and print-ready artwork (we make this)
02
The product choicesWhich items go in the client's kit
03
The priceWhat the client pays
Everything else is handled for you: sourcing the blanks, holding stock, printing, packing, and shipping. In Canada that is the print-on-demand company. In Nigeria that is TTA. You never hold inventory or touch a box.
The Pipeline

One flow, start to finish.

1

Intake

Client picks the package and sector kit. We confirm exact items, colours, sizes, quantities, and deadline.

Both rails
2

Design & print-prep

We create or refresh the logo, the client approves the mockups, and we turn the art into print-ready files plus a job sheet per item. This shared step feeds both rails.

The design engine
3

Production — the rails split here

The same job sheet goes to whichever rail fits the client and market.

Nigeria · TTA (owned)

TTA sources blanks and prints in-house: screen or DTG on apparel, embroidery on polos and caps, vinyl and large-format for banners, signage, decals. Roughly 24 to 48 hours.

Canada · Print-on-demand

We push the art and product choices to the POD supplier. They print per order, no inventory, then ship. Roughly 3 to 7 days.

Pejji Custom · local makers

Anything off the POD catalogue, your unique products, wraps, large-format signage, premium finishes, routes to a vetted local maker on Pejji's own bench. Never boxed in by a catalogue.

4

Quality check

Print sharpness, colour against the file, fabric and build quality, correct sizes and counts, packaging. The one-off sampling round is this step done up front so we trust the supplier.

Both rails
5

Delivery

Nigeria: pickup at Ikotun or courier nationwide. Canada: POD ships straight to the customer, or to you to hand over in person.

Rails converge
6

The recurring loop — Full Kit only

The hosted store (WhatsApp + Paystack in Nigeria, web store abroad) takes reorders from the client's members or staff year-round. Each order auto-routes to the right rail, gets made and shipped, and you take a cut per unit without re-selling.

The real business
Who Handles The Items

Every physical step is done for you.

This is the part that matters: you do none of the physical work. Here is who does what.

One brand, three lanes. The client never sees POD, TTA, or a local shop. They see Pejji. These are Pejji's own lanes, orchestrated invisibly behind one accountable brand. Your promise is simple: Pejji makes it, whatever it is.
Why the third lane matters: POD can only print items in its own catalogue, so a pure-POD reseller is capped at that range. Pejji's own local-maker bench removes the ceiling, unique products, vehicle wraps, large-format signage, and premium finishes all route here. You are never boxed in by a catalogue.
